I’VE HEALED MY GUT, FOOD SENSITIVITIES, THE ODD FEELINGS IN MY BODY, THE TOXIC OVERLOAD, AND RECONNECTED TO MY LOVE OF AYURVEDA AND NATURAL HEALTH.

Stephani Lipford is a Tallahassee-based Ayurvedic wellness coach and esthetician, certified holistic nutritionist, licensed massage therapist, and yoga teacher passionate about bringing you back to balance with the natural world and helping you remember your innate nature. In 2020 Stephani founded Calla Wild, a wellness studio, to promote healthy living and provide women with the support, knowledge, and tools to focus more fully on a balanced, holistic lifestyle. Her passion is to empower you to actively participate in your health, get to know yourself inside and out, and guide yourself back into your purpose and power.

 

Stephani has been studying, teaching, and practicing various holistic modalities over the last 20 years, and for the last 12 of those years, coaching 1:1 with clients in navigating self-cultivation and simplifying life. She holds multiple certifications and training in holistic nutrition, yoga, meditation and breathwork for self-care, hatha yoga, massage therapy, reiki, Pilates, esthetics, Ayurveda wellness and body therapies, herbalism, and more. She continues to broaden her education, growth, and development and applies her experiences to guide you every step of the way.

 

She takes a holistic approach to balancing the body-mind, five senses, and emotions based on the ancient tradition of Ayurveda and applies it to the modern world. Stephani works with midlife women (and sometimes men, too!) who are on a wellness journey, coping with chronic illness, or struggling with stress. Her clients' most common issues are worrying and anxiety, feeling overweight or out of shape, wanting to eat better, improving sleep or digestive health, managing stress, and creating an intuitive plan that works.

 

As an Ayurvedic wellness coach, she’s here to help you tap into the innate wisdom you were born with, demystify how to eat for your body type, and discover a lifestyle plan that works for you. Her holistic approach brings increased energy, whole health, personal transformation, and a balanced lifestyle that makes sense.

 

She intends to empower you to self-heal, help connect you back to yourself through the lens of Ayurveda, and use breath, movement, and self-love to unlock health, joy, and return to greater vitality. Healthy people living their purpose, inspired by life, and living consciously, can help heal the world.

MY APPROACH TO NUTRITIONAL HEALING

My approach to wellness coaching is largely rooted in Ayurveda, a focus on plant-based nutrition, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, & stress reduction. My approach to nutrition is helping you find your optimal balance understanding your body's unique needs while also focusing on eating a substantial quantity and diversity of plants. The variety in the plant kingdom is immense, and I genuinely believe (gut) health lies in eating more plants – vegetables, grains, fruits, nuts, and legumes. I’ve been a vegan, a meat-eater, and a vegetarian throughout my life, and I believe you know what diet is best for your body. I'm here to help you heal through nutrition and guide you in eating the foods that bring you into balance.
