AT THE INITIAL AYURVEDIC HEALTH CONSULTATION

The initial consultation helps you get the most from Ayurveda. We review your complete health history and evaluate your health goals while understanding your mind-body type. We’ll look at nutrient deficiencies, and

dosha imbalances, and show you personalized foods to give you vibrant health, help your body heal, and regain balance in your body, not set you up on the latest health food fad or elimination diet.

  • (2) 50-minute follow-up meetings to implement wellness plans, identify barriers, and incorporate recommendations and new wellness practices (like breathwork + meditations)

  • Email support between sessions and access to wellness resources and other wellness practitioners

  • Support & education along the way with topics such as holistic nutrition, Ayurveda, dosha diet, eating seasonally, healthier relationship with food, how digestion works, self-care routines, a more minimalist + natural approach to health care, and more.

You begin with a mind-body assessment & nutrition and lifestyle questionnaire with Stephani Lipford, Certified Holistic Nutritionist + Ayurvedic Consultant, to uncover the root cause of imbalances and dis-ease. We address how emotional, mental, and physical states affect your body and understand your true nature.

02. CUSTOMIZATION

Our process identifies your mind-body type and provides understandable, personalized health and lifestyle recommendations that are easy to implement. These may include improving sleep, self-care routines, breathing and movement techniques, herbs, nutrition, etc. Helping you live healthier, happier — bringing you back to you.

03. WELLNESS + CLARITY

You will see balance coming to your body and mind. When your energy is strong, and you’re living in harmony with nature’s rhythms, you’ll feel more connected, balanced, energetic, and aligned -- listening to your body and what you feel your body needs.
